I had all these ideas in me and still kept wondering why I'm not where I wanted to be.
It was hard to put out any of my work because I felt like it wasn't good enough yet.
I struggled with procrastination and perfectionism especially in terms of my personal growth ever since I could remember.

If you're struggling to start somewhere, here is my love letter to you:
Hi you,
You currently are probably finding it hard to find the motivation to make that first step, and you're probably a perfectionist, I know what that feels like.
I want you to annihilate the word perfectionism from your brain dictionary.
because here's the kicker, perfectionism doesn't actually exist. Your definition of perfectionism is probably different from someone else's and even if it can be defined, it's humanly impossible to keep up that standard each and every time. So, it basically circles back to perfectionism not existing.
Just starting is your step one. It's called brain dumping, leave the polishing part for later.
This way you're going to be way more motivated, and way less burnt out to keep the ball rolling after you see so much being done, and you can finally take control of yourself.
It is going to take a while, but I know you can do it!
Love,
Jerusha
